Todd Compangno comes to KW Commercial with nearly 10 years of real estate experience having owned, managed and operated his own portfolio of Multi Family properties ranging from 8 to 100 units In Utah, California and Texas. He also worked as a corporate controller for a prominent commercial real estate firm. Mr. Compagno helped create the processes for and acted as a portfolio controller in the asset management division of T.I.C. sponsor, managing a portfolio of 1500 units valued at nearly 100 million dollars. He has been a licensed real estate agent in Utah since 2003 and been acting on behalf of clients buying multifamily property since then and has personally developed various residential properties, from land entitlement to finished product. Mr. Compagno has an undergraduate degree in economics and is currently pursuing his MSA in Accounting and CPA. He has also been instrumental in the launch of the KW Commercial division in Park City and brings his experience to KW Commercial specializing in Multi-Family and Investment properties.

Ms. Kosola’s real estate career began in 1995 with the launch of Park City’s first independent commercial real estate firm. After several acquisition transactions, investment sales and commercial leases (including American Ski Company’s very first Park City lease), she co-opened the (now) CommerceCRG office in 2001. She joins KW Commercial as a Director. With her business and accounting degree from University of Detroit, her specialty CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) training, and her long tenure as controller and CFO for television production companies in Los Angeles, Ms. Kosola brings strong business credentials to aide her clients in evaluating commercial real estate investments and then enhancing their value once acquired.

Lora Smith has an extensive background in the legal field, office and project management. She attended Utah Valley University and served consecutive terms as an AmeriCorps Volunteer managing projects involving the environment and Title 1 schools.

After taking time off to start a family, Lora re-joined the workforce as an intern at a large commercial brokerage, where she worked under top commercial agents. Seeking a more client-focused, boutique-like atmosphere, Lora joined KW Commercial in 2009. Her experience on the Wasatch Front and in Park City, the place she calls home, make her one of the few commercial agents spanning both markets.

Lora specializes in tenant representation, retail site-selection and has experience representing large call centers, office tenants and industrial tenants as well.

Her responsiveness, efficiency, penchant for market research and a tenacity for getting the job done right and has earned her the reputation as a workhorse on the KW Commercial team.

Wayne Bulkley comes to the KW Commercial Network as a seasoned, successful professional with extensive experience as a Controller and CFO in entrepreneurial enterprises and 15 years of corporate commercial real estate experience in manufacturing, industrial and retail sectors. He has provided the organizational leadership, financial and strategic skills to grow and expand a number of Moyes family (Swift Trucking) businesses, including Swift Motorcycle Company, and Sleekcraft Power Boats, as well as his own businesses and commercial properties. Over the course of his career, Wayne has gained extensive experience in market/site analysis, investment strategy, acquisitions, valuations and project financing.

A graduate of Arizona State University, Mr Bulkley obtained his CPA in 1995 and is nearing completion of the Executive MBA Program at Western International University, Mr. Bulkley belongs to the Utah Association of CPAs, the CCIM Institute, and American Business Brokers Association.
