About Dawn Kenton

Dawn Kenton is a native Californian who graduated from California State University, Fullerton with a B.A. in Communications. She is a seasoned sales executive with a combined 20+ years of business experience in sales, sales training and real estate. After living abroad and in various states across the U.S., Dawn and her family relocated to Park City in 2004. She and her husband fell in love with the Park City lifestyle and knew it was a great place to raise their children.

She started her Real Estate career in Park City in 2005 as a private real estate investor and currently owns and manages seven investment properties in Park City, and one in Salt Lake City. She has real life experience in renovating and staging investment properties, and making them profitable. In 2016 she became a licensed realtor to help and share her expertise with others.

Dawn is a detail oriented communicator, negotiator and problem solver. She is an integrity oriented advocate who is genuinely interested in helping others with their most important real estate investment decisions whether it be finding your dream home or reaching your goals with an investment property. Dawn values her clients’ opinions and listens to her clients wants and needs. She will work relentlessly to help her clients reach their goals.

Dawn is a full time Realtor providing real estate services to buyers, sellers and investors in the Park City/ Deer Valley and Heber Valley areas.

Dawn loves skiing, hiking, scuba diving and travel. She is also passionate about her volunteer work in many local community charitable organizations, and Utah state legislative activities. She also has an extensive knowledge if the Park City school district, and has worked on the school district’s SCC board .
