About Doug MacDonald

Before joining Keller Williams, Doug MacDonald and his wife, Terry, moved to Deer Valley from Louisville, Kentucky where they owned and managed a Thoroughbred & Arabian horse farm. Doug previously owned & operated a chain of pizza restaurants and a wholesale food supply company in Kentucky, West Virginia, & Ohio. He previously worked as a financial analyst for R J Reynolds Industries in North Carolina and X M World Trade in New York City. He has graduate degrees from The Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies, and The Thunderbird Graduate School of Global Management, and an undergraduate degree from The University of Kansas. His interests include computer networking systems and currently holds a MCSE Certification from Microsoft. He enjoys traveling particularly when it s off the beaten path to places like Tasmania, The Galapagos, & Madagascar. His hobbies include skiing, hiking, biking, sailing, scuba diving, writing, & photography.
