About Sarah Langridge

Originally from England, Sarah has a background in construction and design and is able to see potential where others can’t.
Sarah has extensive knowledge of both Little Cottonwood (where she owned and operated a ski lodge) and Big Cottonwood Canyons, having lived and owned property in both for 9 years and over 20 years respectively. She also owns investment property in Salt Lake City. Sarah moved to Park City in 2010 so her daughters could further their love for ski racing.

Sarah has an uncanny knack for matchmaking buyers with the right home and has had several one for one clients. Show one sell one. She has overseen several large construction projects and loves the nuts and bolts of real estate. She has a very solid understanding of inspection issues.

Sarah also owns a property management company in Park City serving high net worth individuals . Along with loving any thing in the outdoors she is a passionate foodie.
