This is a (1) Hour CORE course which will discuss the various components of a listing agreement as required by NAR’s Code of Ethics, Utah law and the Division of Real Estate Administrative Rules. The class will review recent changes to the UAR Listing Agreement that have been made in the past few months. In addition, we will discuss how to protect sellers from wire fraud, MLSs and the BAC, is a Protection Period enforceable (or not), and the 5-6 forms used to create a valid listing agreement.
