About Amy McMillan

Amy has enjoyed a successful career in Real Estate in her home state of New Jersey since 1987. Specializing in New Home Sales, she handled every aspect of the home building process from start to finish, for one of the largest developers in the US. Amy is consistently a top producer, obtaining Million Dollar Sales status with average yearly sales in excess of 15 million. She most recently served as Director of Sales and Design, for a private developer, overseeing 10 residential new home community sales offices, and the day to day operations of the Design Center. “l am passionate about this business and love what I do, which creates a win-win outcome for both buyers and sellers”. She and her husband Larry Gardecki started visiting Park City regularly just after the Olympics,and fell in love with the small town and active lifestyle Park City has to offer. After becoming familiar with the Park City neighborhoods, they decided to purchase a Condo in Upper Deer Valley. It was an easy decision to relocate careers and make Park City home.
