About Caroline Krumel

As a seasoned real estate investor, Caroline sees Park City as a location with outstanding opportunities. Caroline and her husband bought in Old Town in 2013 with the intent of living in their investment property for two years. After two years and a home price appreciation of over 50%, even the CPA in her couldn’t bear to leave Park City. The Park City lifestyle, the vibrant community, the cultural (Sundance!) and recreational opportunities (ski resorts, golfing and 400 miles of bike trails) prompted them to put down roots. That is saying something, considering they have lived in eight states in the last twenty years.
