About Ginny Schulman

Ginny’s career in real estate began after she graduated from Ohio State University with a major in psychology, and a double minor in sociology and family life styles in 1972. At that time she lived in Columbus, Ohio and rose to the top 5% of the Columbus Board of Realtors in just under 2 years. Her real estate career has continued to be an ongoing adventure in life. Each transaction brings new issues and new friends.

After receiving his law degree from the Ohio State University College of Law, Dean practiced law in Ohio for over 30 years, specializing in real estate and business law with broad experience in insolvency workouts, commercial leasing and multi-family residential development, as well as representation of buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions. He was admitted to the state and federal bars in both Utah and Ohio. Dean joined Ginny in the real estate business in 1999 after their move to Utah.

Ginny and Dean settled in Park City in 1998 to experience a new life style. Together they are able to meet the demands of any real estate market. The experiences they’ve had and the friends they have made selling real estate in Park City have made their lives complete.
