About JOANNE OCONNELL

Joanne O’Connell worked as a CPA with one of the Big Six Accounting Firms in Phoenix, Arizona, prior to moving to Park City in 1989. With the move, Joanne was able to use her accounting and financial background to jump-start her career in real estate. In 2005, she became the primary sales agent for Glenwild, which is a private, Tom Fazio-designed golf course community. This opportunity allowed Joanne to gain extensive knowledge in golf course communities, as well as selling high-end custom lots and homes. From Glenwild, Joanne has expanded her area of expertise, working with buyers and sellers in many of Park City’s luxury communities, including Promontory, Tuhaye, Park Meadows, The Preserve, Thaynes Canyon, and Old Town Park City. She has clients that are buyers and sellers, full-time and part-time residents, interested in land, homes, and condos throughout all areas of Park City. Joanne has expanded her ski-in/ski-out property knowledge by working as part of the Silver Star Development Sales Team at Park City Mountain Resort. Silver Star is a newer, mixed use residential community with ski-in/out access to Park City Mountain Resort. Joanne’s free time has been spent on various HOA Boards, Financial Committees, and extensive work with the St. Mary’s Food Bank and Religious Education Program. Joanne’s core values include being very detail-oriented, organized, honest, hard-working, and friendly. Joanne believes her clients’ needs come first and has developed many long-lasting relationships with them.
