About Jonathan Burky

Originally from Maine, Jonathan Burky, JD, has lived and worked in Seattle, San Francisco/Silicon Valley, New York City, and Boston. Inspired by an Outside Magazine article naming Park City one of the best places to live in America, Jonathan moved here with his family in 2020 and never wants to leave. Jonathan began his career as a Civil and Environmental Engineer in San Francisco, working on environmental remediation projects throughout the Bay Area. After earning his law degree from Washington University in St. Louis, he practiced as a real estate attorney. He then joined a national law firm and focused on financial services and mortgage litigation. Real estate is part of Jonathan’s family heritage: his father was a real estate attorney, his stepfather was a real estate agent, and his wife was a software engineer for a major real estate company and marketplace. He quickly fell in love with Park City and is passionate about helping others achieve their dream of living and/or investing here. With a background in engineering and over ten years as an attorney, Jonathan brings strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and a reputation for diligence, judgment, and positivity to his real estate practice. Jonathan, his wife, and their two children were drawn to Park City for its skiing, outdoor lifestyle, and strong community. His kids ski race with a local team, where Jonathan holds a USSA coaching license and often helps on training days and at races. He loves watching them thrive in Park City—skiing, biking, hiking, and embracing the outdoors.
