About Laini Montlack

Growing up in a real estate family, Laini’s childhood memories are full of times driving around with her father looking at commercial buildings, landscaping, homes, and properties. Dinner table talk eventually always turned to real estate. She loved walking into a home or building to witness how people lived. In college, she majored in sociology. Studying people, relationships, and cultural issues allowed her to gain an understanding of how people live and communicate. Following her passion for design and human behavior, Laini returned to school for her BFA and began her first career in graphic design and then interior design. As an independent contractor, she oversaw the design renovation of apartments and personal homes.

Combining her passions and skills led her back to real estate. The expertise in staging properties is convenient for a seller. On the other hand, being able to visualize the potential in a prospective home is a unique advantage for buyers.

She believes a Realtor® needs good communication, honesty and full transparency. Understanding her client’s desires is the first step. Being friendly, accessible, loyal, honest and a good listener, coupled with a designers eye, is what will make their partnership successful.

Relocating to Park City, Utah has been one of the best decisions her family has made. The outdoors, the beauty and lifestyle are good for the soul.
