About Martin Skvarca

Martin has been living and working in the mountains of Park City and Deer Valley since 2011.  He masterfully guides his clients to realize their mountain dreams, combining investment and lifestyle.  With a keen focus on his client’s goals, Martin is tireless in finding the perfect property whether it is slope-side, country club or downtown living.

Commitment to excellence and integrity…Martin learned from his father the only way to the top of the mountain is through hard work, even if you want to climb a hill, prepare as if you were climbing Everest. His passion for the outdoors was inspired by his father who was a pioneer mountain climber in the high Andes, Patagonia and the Himalayas in the 70s.

Other interests…Martin holds full certifications in ski and tennis instruction, and works with families and individuals of all abilities and ages.  He designed the first tennis program for Victory Ranch and has taught at Cliff Drysdale’s Academy at Red Ledges along with various clubs around Salt Lake City. He is an avid mountain-biker and enjoys river rafting.

Education…Martin graduated from John F. Kennedy University in Buenos Aires with a Bachelor in Demography and Tourism.

Family…Martin lives with his wife and doggie in the Silver Springs neighborhood of Park City.
