About Melissa Perry

Melissa Perry grew up in the tri-state area of New York, graduating from Manhattan and Manhattanville Colleges with a double degree in Mathematics and Communications, as well as a Master’s Degree in Secondary Mathematics Education. Melissa started her career in publishing and education in New York City. On the weekends she would commute to the Northeast mountains to pursue her passions for outdoor activities like snowboarding, skiing, mountain biking and hiking. Melissa decided to shorten the commute to the mountains and moved to Park City thirteen years ago. Melissa is a devoted mathematics teacher in the Park City School District. Like most people, she fell in love with all that Park City has to offer and has been here longer than she ever imagined. Her and her husband are happily raising their two small children and enjoying all that the Wasatch Back has to offer.
